Austrian BioImaging was prominently presented at EMIM 2023 in Salzburg
Austrian BioImaging/CMI was one of the local organiser of the European Molecular Imaging Meeting (EMIM2023) in Salzburg. Claudia Kuntner-Hannes, Verena Pichler, Sébastien Couillard-Després and Baubak Bajoghli have organized an Austrian session.
In this session, Prof. Wolfgang Weninger, the scientific director, presented the portfolio of Austrian BioImaging/CMI. In addition, members of Austrian BioImaging, Prof. Martina Marchetti-Deschmann (Technische Universität Wien and member of Austrian BioImaging), Claudia Kuntner-Hannes (Medizinische Universität Wien), Clemens Diwoky (Universität Graz) and Michael Gadermayr (Fachhochschule Salzburg – University of Applied Sciences) presented their works in the fields of molecular imaging, multimodal imaging, preclinical imaging and application of artificialintelligence (AI) in imaging. As scientific director, Wolfgang Weninger also introduced Austrian BioImaging/CMI and explained how researchers from Austria and other countries can gain access to state-of-the-art imaging technologies offered by Austrian node of Euro-BioImaging.
