SLIDE SCANNING
The Evident Slideview VS200 is a high‑throughput whole‑slide imaging system for brightfield and fluorescence. It automates slide loading, barcode tracking, tissue detection, and rapid scanning to produce high‑quality, stitched images of entire specimens. Multiple objective options (4X, 20X, 40X, 50X, and 60X oil) support a wide range of resolutions, while motorized focus, z‑stack/extended focus, and advanced autofocus ensure consistent sharpness across large areas. Fluorescence scanning with multi‑band filters enables multiplexed labeling (DAPI, FITC, TRITC, Cy5, Cy7), and brightfield offers excellent color fidelity for H&E and special stains. The system is designed for routine and research workflows in histology, pathology, and spatial biology, providing batch acquisition, user‑defined scan regions, and robust data management. Output images are compatible with common WSI formats and downstream analysis tools (quantification, cell detection, segmentation). The VS200 delivers reliable, repeatable imaging of fixed sections, cytology smears, tissue microarrays, and other slide‑mounted samples.
